WE’RE MAKIN’ GROCERIES AGAIN .... CENTRAL CITY STYLE.
Text
Once a public School, this 116-year-old building received a complete award-winning historic renovation in 2015. After the school was closed, the building stood vacant for several years and experienced major structural damage after a fire in 2008. It was purchased at auction by Alembic Community Development and underwent two years of historic rehabilitation. After the renovation, it housed the Dryades Public Market until 2019.
