1971 Fire Safety Inspection Report, Upstairs Lounge

The New Orleans Fire Department (NOFD) conducted a routine fire safety investigation; the NOFD required the owner to provide a secondary exit and properly mark the emergency exits. The NOFD either improperly signed off on the Upstairs Lounge or did not follow up on their investigation, and the emergency exit remained unmarked in 1973.
